As a Real Estate Consultant and Team Administrator for Team Caropreso, Melinda brings together her passion for real estate, client care, and marketing to support both the team and its clients at a high level. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2011, Melinda quickly distinguished herself as a leading buyer specialist, known for her dedication, knowledge, and client-first approach.

With a strong background in marketing, Melinda has played a key role in shaping and elevating the team’s brand presence. She has been instrumental in training and mentoring the marketing coordinator, ensuring consistency, creativity, and effectiveness across all marketing efforts. Her transition into the role of Team Administrator allows her to further support and streamline collaboration between the marketing and office teams, helping create a cohesive and efficient environment that enhances the overall client experience.

Melinda is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where she earned a dual degree in Psychology and Social Work in 2000, followed by her master’s degree in 2006. Her educational background has been instrumental in shaping her leadership style, communication skills, and ability to support both clients and team members with empathy and efficiency.

Deeply rooted in her community, Melinda is passionate about giving back through fundraising and charitable initiatives led by Team Caropreso. She is especially supportive of SPAN, Inc.

Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending time with her husband Vince RVing across the country, and creating unique crafts for the home. Her dedication to her family, community, and team is evident in everything she does.
